Change user password during impdp affect the import?

I'm doing an import on our dev db, that is taking a long time (due to connection issues). I told our developers not to log into that db until I am done and let them know. One of them isn't obeying my request and I see him logged in all the time. Can I change the user password on that schema without breaking my import or will that cause my import to fail?

I don't want to start this over, but I don't know how to stop him from logging in.
