How to enable correction of existing Salaries in Oracle HCM (Salary Page)

Is there a profile option to enable correction of existing salaries on the salary page in Oracle HCM? From HRMS Manager, when I query an employee > assignment > salary page, click on 'Correct', the fields below are disabled.
