Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. how to load a gold oem agent to oms to push to target systems and does it update agent opatch ver

we are lookign to move to using oms to update our oem agents.

currently, on 13.4, need to get a gold agent image set up to push agent to target host systems.

second question - does this also update the agent home opatch version (we are currently getting vul scans that say to update it)
