Why it does not connect to the smartview with the public IP of HFM

You have HFM 11.2.14, a public IP is used to connect to the application, a redirection is made to the private URL to achieve the correct connection, but when connecting to smart view, a connectivity error occurs.

I hope you can help me with this problem.
