Default Last PO Price

We have a requirement where in when the Buyer creates the PO, it should default last PO price. I understand in the forms we have Catalog option which when enabled, lists the prior purchases. We can select the supplier - item combination in the prior purchase tab.

Is there anyway this can be achieved in the Buyer Work Center. Our buyers use BWC in 95% of the cases hence it is important to have this functionality in the BWC.

If Cataog is not an option, do we have any other option (standard option) instead of customization ?
