Non-Recoverable line is not being populated in table ZX_REP_ACTG_EXT_T for specific

invoice. Wanted to know if any setup is missing for supplier / invoice / EBTAX. I also tried to run manually Oracle Standard API - ZX_EXTRACT_PKG.POPULATE_TAX_DATA. However facing same issue where we are getting non-rec lines for other invoices.
