R07500 - Processing Options: 1 = Yes, Update records, 0 or blank = No, only Insert records

Hello.

Our tax department runs R07500 every month after the Vertex update is applied. There seems to be some confusion around the processing options, and I cannot find any documents that explain the difference between using 1 or 0. Can someone please explain what the report does when it's set to 1 and the function of using 0. Currently, they run the report using 1 and the report lists all the selected states, but it's been blank for the last several months. So, I am wondering if they should be using 0, but I'd like to understand the difference between the two.
