Benefits Enrollment through Onboarding Shows Older Pages

Hi,

We recently went through an image upgrade from PUM39 to PUM46. As part of the upgrade, we implemented 33026977_Supplemental_Doc-Document Upload & Approval for Dependents functionality. This required us to configure the Onboarding where we updated the context parameter ATTACH_ENABLED on the DEPBENEFICARY and BEN_ENROLL_FL steps to 'Y'. We had a custom benefits enrollment process as part of the PUM39 image which was a step on the onboarding process. For PUM46 we removed the custom benefits enrollment page and configured the delivered Fluid Benefits Enrollment page. Now during the transition to PUM46, we had some employees who had their onboarding event
