Is there a configurable way to add effective date to the notification for Direct deposit changes in Request Direct Deposit Admin Page?

We use HPY_ADMIN_SUBMIT generic template and Effective Date is not listed as one of the available variables. We don’t want to make a code change either. Thank you.
