My Xenvironment does not pull updates from Xcenter/xoffice automatically? How to fix that?

My Xenv only download updates from xcenter when we run manually atom or we restart the Xenv. How to fix this? I want my Xenv to download updates manually from Xcenter without restarting and manually running UPDATES atom.
