clone-database: redo log size only 100M regardless of dbshape

We have noticed that whenever we clone a database, the newly created database is created with only 2 log groups that are only 100MB each. For some of our cloned databases (ex. warehouse DBs), this results in excessive redo log switches during heavy transaction times, and many "Checkpoint not complete" messages are logged to the alert log. It doesn't matter if we specify a dbshape of odb2 or odab4, redo logs are only ever 100MB (including when the source database logfiles are 1G each in size, for example). We are running ODA 19.19 on X6, X8, and X10 HA hardware. The Deployment Guide documentation
