Hi,

We have installed 12.2.0 with 12.1.0.2 database and then have upgrade to 12.2.10 with database to 19c (tried both PS 19.18 or 19.22). however after database upgrade all RDBMS components are in valid state and the dbua failed with error for compiling invalid objects.

From alert log, it all started with below error message

ORA-27366: job "SYS"."UTL_RECOMP_SLAVE_31" is not running
ORA-04022: nowait requested, but had to wait to lock dictionary object
