ALG Active - is Causing SBC issue with SIP Transactions.

Hi Fellows,

I would like you can help me with the following issue and get more clear.

I am having some voice issues when I try to call a SIP softhphone is connected to a Modem WIFI which has ALG configuration active.
Based on that I would like in your experience if you can help with some information/documentation that can help me to get clear
about why when ALG is active is causing the issue in the SIP Call that I am describing below:

For example:

Imagine the following:
user1 is the endpoint of the softphone
IPWIFI-Softphone is the WIFI IP where is connected the endpoint or softphone.
