Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello team, I have the following error...in short, the YES was in a state of emergency.

what command to execute in this case in addition to: lvm vgscan?
I would like to know how to generate an SOS report since in this state I cannot generate it.
