Small /opt and /u01 after upgrade 19.18 -> 19.22

Hi all,

before the upgrade /u01 was 99G and /opt was 59G. After the upgrade /u01 is only 40G and /opt only 30G. So it's to less space left for e.g. logs, apex, ords, ...

Whats the recommanded procedure to increase size of both volumes?

Whats happen when /u01 or /opt full?
