Line type J in JDE 9.2 S&W module from application P90CD015

I am trying to add line type J in JDE 9.2 S&W module from application P90CD015. While adding a line in Part detail for Line type J, the purchase order is created from it but i want to add Billing related detail to be fetched from Advance Pricing based on purchase cost/Estimated Cost at work order at line level. Any idea whether it possible in S&W module?
