Bug 10888522 : PER OF SUPPLY/UNFILLED DEMAND - SAR: 7656248

Can anyone please provide the original issue on this bug. Most of the recent bugs show two formats, the issue in english with description, steps to duplicate, desired outcome and the other view which provides no detail just status history, etc….

For this bug it only shows me the second screen, not the explanation of what it was and what was the desired outcome that was rejected.

I am trying to determine whether the problem that I am having with Periods of Supply shortages are sending EA negative is the same issue please.
