Items getting stuck in shopping cart in eRequisitions in eProcurement
We just upgraded to PUM 48 in PeopleSoft FSCM and PeopleTools 8.6.
User keep seeing items in their cart but when they try to clear the items, they receive a message saying that the cart is empty.
We can see the items when we query the PS_PV_ITM_SRCH_REC table but the first record which we think is causing the issue, has NULL is the LASTUPDDTTM column.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
