Can I Reapply a Reversed Unapplied Receipt?

There's a Trust balance that needs to be moved from an old cost center to a new cost center. We have identified the total balance of Unapplied Receipts in issue. Can we Reverse each Unapplied Receipt and Apply them to the new cost center? If so, what could be the steps to follow.
