After upgrade weblogic 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4, the admin server never start

Hi everyone,

I was upgradin my weblogic domain from 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4 but when i applied the reconfig.sh the admin server never started,

  1. weblogic.management.provider.internal.RuntimeAccessImpl$ParseException: [Management:141266]Parsing failure in config.xml: weblogic.descriptor.BeanAlreadyExistsException: Bean already exists: "weblogic.management.configuration.MigratableTargetMBeanImpl@536194f6([dear_domain]/MigratableTargets[iyard_105 (migratable)])"..
  2. java.lang.IllegalStateException: Unable to perform operation: create on weblogic.management.provider.internal.RuntimeAccessImpl
  3. java.lang.IllegalStateException: Unable to perform operation: post construct on weblogic.management.provider.internal.RuntimeAccessService
  4. java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: While attempting to resolve the dependencies of weblogic.t3.srvr.FinalThreadLocalService errors were found
