How to create wallet for TDE enabled database 19c

Hello Team,

we have oracle database 19c with grid infrastructure (ASM) enabled. on which TDE is enabled.

Kindly suggest how we can create a wallet to connect the database through sql developer or any java based application.

Kindly share any specific step by step notes / doc id to create the wallet where TDE is enabled.
