How to find the health score on a stand alone server

4600 platform, ver9.2p5 software

For a system that is not High Availability, how do you find the health score? When running "show health" there's no numerical value.

Also is there a way to tell which alarms lower the score? I know some alarms are more informational and don't affect the score but is it documented anywhere?
