Can ePeformance accomodate a "no ratings" form?

We are looking to create a form for just officers that would not include a rating like it does for all other associates. It would still go through goals definitions, mid year check-in and year-end check-in all shared with the associate. Is this possible? We are on 9.2 Image 48
