Update Oracle 23c availability for Windows 64bit

All,

We have requirements to stay with the latest upgrades of all of the software we own at my site.
According the Release Schedule of Current Database Releases (Doc ID 742060.1) document, Oracle RDBMS 19 is entering end of Premiere support this month. Yet per this document, there is no release available for Windows 64bit On Prem.

Can someone guide me to any updated information?
