Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Stuck Records in INTERFACE Table - wip_cost_txn_interface with status 1

Below are the column values in the Interface table -
group_id=null, transaction_id=null,request_id=null,process_status=1

The cost Manager also scheduled but still, records are not processing.
