Trying to apply the just released April DB Patch (Oracle 19) on windows......

Patch download assistant lists the patch; but when I try and click the link I get Details for Patch 36219938 not found.

I am required to keep the server in question patched with every quarterly patch.

Haven't had this problem in a year since they added some windows instances to my DBA inventory. What do I need to do to obtain this patch
