Audit for Custom table

Hi experts,

we have a scenario where we want to capture the before and after of change in data in a custom table.

for example-the stocking type is P and someone changed it to M in table F55xxxx .we want to capture who did the change what was the value earlier to change and what was the value after the change in the custom table.

is this doable ? and how can we do it ?
