Is there any way to exclude the Resources tab on the Project Expenditure Items form?

Is there any out-of-the-box ability to exclude or hide the Resources tab on the Project Expenditure Items form in Projects (R12)? There is a need to do this for our client in order to hide potential PII in that region.
