issue related to oracle soa suite 12c

in Oracle SOA Suite (MOSC) 4 commentsAnswered

the following error showing in oracle soa 12c "Configured maximum limit of (0) on number of threads allowed to wait for a resource reached for pool eis/DB/BSNL_CommonInfra<".

But the minimum and maximum connection pool are 100 and 2500 respctively.
