E1 Pages not rendering

Hello

We have an odd issue that appears to occur at random.

Occasionally users don't get any of the E1 pages rendered, they just get the standard JDE E1 background. This issue seems to be limited to Edge, Chrome for example on the same machine will render correctly.

We have tried the usual, clear the cookies cache etc, and it has no effect.

At some point the E1 Pages return with no apparent cause.

We're running 9.1 with Tools 9.2.3.4, and the HTML instances are behind a load balancer.

I'm leaning to something in the loadbalancer session causing the issue, but was wondering if anyone else had come across this before.
