OCOM 5.0.1 Does not show Status

Hello guys,

I have an OCOM 5.0.1 that was installed under OL7.9 and after installation it is not possible to view:

. 'Network information'

All fields(IP Address, Netmask, Gateway, Name Server) appear empty at admin/Settings/Status. Does anyone have any clues that indicate where this problem can be resolved?
