Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

When I download "Patch 19999993: OMSPatcher patch of version 13.9.5.19.0 for Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13.5.0.0.0"

but version.txt is showing OMSPATCHER_VERSION:13.9.5.18.0

Is there separate 13.9.5.19.0 download ?
