Prepayment matching program taking longer run time than expected in Oracle R12

Hi,

We are facing an issue with Prepayment matching program running for long time than expected in Oracle R12 (12.1.3). The program is spawned as part of Auto invoice import program. What would be the reason for it. Approx. program is taking 4 to 5 hours to complete when the auto-invoice batch is having records of 1100 invoices.

Please suggest if the above can be fixed with any action plan.
