Sql query to retrieve the list of employees whose payroll relationship changed

Hi Folks,

Can I get the query to retrieve the list of employees whose payroll got changed after last successfull run of HCM extract ? Basically we are trying to identify the employee whose payroll got changed and based on that we can do some processing.
