HMR to modify the Contact IP:Port from the Topmost VIA Header Values - Issue with IOS softphone

Hi Fellows,

I hope you are ok.

I am doing an HMR to modify the Contact IP:Port when the topmost Via and the Contact are different and are supposed to be the same value and JUST to a specific User-Agent.
(I was following the previous discussion "https://community.oracle.com/mosc/discussion/4563679/pstn-to-metaswitch-softphone-ios-the-sbc-is-never-proxing-the-invite-when-reach-with-uri-user-param#latest")

I would like you can help me to get clear about the following when I was doing the HMR.

Why when I set the match-value WITHOUT $0
match-value ($Chek_User_Agent_IOS)&($store_Via_hr.$store_Via_er!=$store_Contact_host_hr.$store_Contact_host_er)
