PTO Kit Item with standard BOM doesnt explode in Sales order

We have used PTO Kit item in Sales order line. This Item is having Standard BOM created against.

This PTO Kit item doesnt explode upon Booking. And when checked the workflow, it stoppped at "Wait For Undefined Line WorkFlow". Can someone help if we are missing any setup or ?
