New Hire National Id Collection
After a candidate accepts an offer, they are asked to complete a paper new hire form to collect personal information to get the new hire in PeopleSoft. The candidate completes the form and either mails or emails the document back to the recruiter. Recently, we have had candidates expressing concerns about providing this information in an email or sending the form in the mail. Our recruiters are collecting this information over the telephone in order to get them in the system.
In an ideal world, we would like to collect it prior to the first day so benefit packets can be ordered as well as passing the new hire data to our payroll provider.
