Can Total Rewards Statements be Implemented without using Administer Compensation?

We've been asked to look into what the Total Rewards statements would look like if they were generated directly from PeopleSoft. We currently do not use the Administer Compensation module. Do we need to implement Administer Compensation in order to implement Total Rewards Statements?

If Total Rewards Statements can be implemented without using Administer Compensation, are there any best practices of how to implement or things to look out for?

We are on 9.2, PUM 47, PeopleTools 8.59.21.
