Passwordless SSH connectivity while installing database 19.22 on SOLARIS SPARC 11.4

Hi experts We have installed grid 19.22 on Solaris SPARC successfully but while installing the database home 19.22 also
i faced an issue in the SSH connectivity tab as shown on screenshots with this
error

INS-06006] Passwordless SSH connectivity not set up between the following nodes(s) (Doc ID 1597212.1)

PRVG-11001 : Failed to excute command exectask.sh -setupUserEquivalence -generateKeys -tracelevel 0" on node uxhqoendb01
PRCZ-2136 : Failed to excute command exectask.sh as user oracle within 10 seconds on nodes uxhqoendb02
PRCZ-2006 : unable to establish SSH connectiomn to node 2 to excute command excutetask.sh -setupuserEquivalence -generateKeys -tracelevel0"

i tried a workaround

#Rename the original scp.
mv /usr/bin/scp /usr/bin/scp.orig
