Oracle 12.2 Datapatch OPATCH_XML_INV problem

Hello ,

I have problem with datapatch. I download Patch from support and apply OK. but in Datapatch ..

Queryable inventory could not determine the current opatch status.

for the complete error.
Prereq check failed, exiting without installing any patches.
