Patching ODA and java compliance

in Oracle Database Appliance (ODA) (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered ✓

I have an XM7 HA bare metal appliance. I need patch first to 19.19 and then to 19.22.

Meanwhile, the auditors say I need the latest java to remain compliant.

  • Database Release Update (RU) and Clone files: ODA 19.19 includes the April 2023 Database Release Update and clone files for 19c.

This means that the java will be old, out of compliance until I upgrade to ODA 19.22 and then still too old.

What's the easiest way to satisfy the auditors?
