P6 Web Services response

Greeting,

The P6 Web services for <port>/p6ws/services/AuthenticationService?wsdl return empty or blank response. when tested using Soap UI, the HTTP/1.1 202 is Accepted, and Jsession id is created. It was earlier working fine, but suddenly it returns an empty/blank response. it is expected to have a user token. Any resolution to address this issue would be greatly appreciated.
