Is anyone having caching issues after tools 8.60.11?

We are running into an issue with when an agency user does a transfer or rehire in Manage Hires. When they click the "Add Personal Data" button the search page with No matching values is showing. However, if they log out or navigate to another page and try again, then it works correctly with no issues.
