P4205/P4211 status update

Hello,

I have an intermittent issue with P4205 not updating the order status or removing inventory when a shipment is ship confirmed. We start by inquiring on a shipment in P4915, we then Row to confirm shipment and eventually get to P4205. During the process, everything appears to work correctly. The ship status advances to 30 as it should. But the order status does not advance to the next status and inventory is not relieved. I have not been able to duplicate this problem and it only happens occasionally. Anyone else experience this?
