Identify the origin of an unusual Freight Rate % in a Sales Order

Hello,

I have encountered an issue with a freight rate percentage of .0000005599999894911889 in a Sales Order and I can’t trace its origin or calculation method. Any clues on how to spot the Modifier header #?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
