Oracle PO Requisition Summary Export Failed with multiple FRM-40831/FRM-41050 Errors

Hi Team,

We are unable to export PO requisition summary form data into excel, with following error popups. Could you please guide. Thank you

Error started with message

FROM-41050: You cannot update this record. and then all these errors popping up

FRM-40831: Truncation occurred: value too long for field ITEM_DESCRIPTION

FRM-40831: Truncation occurred: value too long for field CURRENCY_CODE

FRM-40831: Truncation occurred: value too long for field UOM_CLASS_DSP

FRM-40831: Truncation occurred: value too long for field TYPE_LOOKUP_CODE

……… so many popups.

Please help (We are on version 12.2.13)
