Active Property Not Showing Up in Search?

Hi all,

I have a property under "sites" in "company sponsored shells" that is listed as "Active" but I can't seem to access it from my search! I am using primavera unifier and am trying to add corrective work order to that property. I just can't even get in there at the moment. Any advice is appreciated!
