Apex gives ORA-00936: missing expression

The apex page with an Interactive Report gives the ORA-00936: missing expression. The page is designed for dashboard purpose, and use the pivot also. Issue is the page get to resets the pivot on every session with the message "missing expression". Once we set the pivot again it last for that session period only.

Then I added another Interactive report to the same page, that report works fine. Herewith I have attached the sql query also.
