Hello Team,

1- We have created 4 New IOs and basic setups was completed successfully.

2- We have loaded Department, resources, overhead rate etc etc via a special tool .

3- The Tool just loads the data.

4- During Validation , we found that for all the Departments, Cost Type = xxx ( Type=Frozen) has been added automatically though it was not included in our data loading file .

Can anyone please explain the reason .
