Not able to find Program - Inherit Segment Value Attributes in GL responsibility

Hi , we are currently facing the below issue.

Error Number 95305 Error Message The journal source is associated with the third party control account <GL Account 2> on line 2.

Please update the account derivation rule to use a different account, or use the Key Flexfield Segment Values form to change the third party control account flexfield qualifier to Receivables for this account.

To resolve this we referred to Oracle meta link (Create Accounting Third Party Control Account Message Number 95330 (Doc ID 798766.1) . As third step to resolve the issue, it is suggesting us to run Program - Inherit Segment Value Attributes in GL responsibility. but we are not able to find the program. Is there any other alternative ?
